Promote left nav "Task Management" link

      In CRC prod https://console.redhat.com/ansible/automation-hub/tasks/ is accessible, but we have not yet promoted the "Task Management" link in the left nav.

      https://console.stage.redhat.com/beta/ansible/automation-hub/ has the link, but https://console.stage.redhat.com/ansible/automation-hub/ and prod UIs don't yet have it.

      This needs to be promoted as noted in the AAH-1332 comment

            Thanks, I gave it the `CRC merged issues` fixVersion, which will get renamed to the date that CRC gets deployed

            All the PRs are merged as of 2022-08-30 .. we should probably set Fix Version to cloud-2022-09-06 once it exists.
