      Problem Description: The counter for signed collections/versions is no longer applicable to the API which only returns the signed state of the latest (highest) collection.
      Part of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/AAH-1794

      Proposed Solution: Remove the counter component that shows how many versions of the collection have been signed, as well as the 'partial' UI filter.
