Today cypress functional tests run only against standalone mode. We want to run these tests in insights mode on GitHub Actions (after investigation the use of devshift here is unreliable)

We need to find a way to spin up the stack in insights mode and resolve any authentication issues.

We also need a way in cypress to mark a subset of tests to run, since not all apply to insights mode. Some tests that apply to insights mode include:

• Namespace create/edit/list/search/delete
• Namespace group management
• Collection list and search
• Collection detail and documentation
• Import records and logs, search
• Approval dashboard
