• Jira fixVersion process: fixVersion not maintained, use repo tags to see what is included?
• Pre-prod deploy validation, process:
  • After we have achieved prod deploys every 2wk / weekly, decide what validation needed beyond automated testing against stage
    • if any validation needed, add explicit steps to QE backlog to fully automate the manual validation
  • After QE does validation and gives a green light, they click a button that does prod deploy
• Post-prod deploy, process:
  • Jira release - no step needed here if not using Jira fixVersion
  • GH tags are done automatically after successful prod deploy
