Improve performance of api endpoints used for collection approval

    Description

      In a AAH-692 comment it is noted that _ui/v1/collection-versions/ which is used in collection approval by Partner Engineers could be the cause of 502 timeouts.

      We should investigate improving performance of this endpoint or having the collection approval process use a lighter endpoint.
