      Phase 2: Complete the current pulp_ansible API

      This will involve moving the remainder of the v3 API models and API endpoints over to pulp ansible.

      • AAH-754 Bring missing models from galalxy ng to pulp ansible
      • AAH-759 Add missing galaxy ng namespace endpoints to pulp ansible 
      • AAH-757 Add missing galaxy ng task endpoints to pulp ansible
      • AAH-755 Add missing galaxy ng authentication endpoints to pulp ansible
