The bug AAH-949 is present in a 4.3 release. If we introduce the new unpaginated streamed sync endpoint on the c.rh.c server, then the client with this bug will see a loss of data. In order to roll-out the new sync endpoint on c.rh.c we need to do the following:

• Ensure the pulp-ansible fix included in AAH-949 gets into a 4.3.z release
• Have customers use the 4.3.z release
  • Wait until enough time has passed that customers have a chance to upgrade. Also have a communication plan that says "if you don't upgrade by X date you should expect sync to break"
• If this client bug is in 4.4.0, follow same process as above for 4.4
