Make sure your release has proper Coverage by confirming the following content types before requesting sign-off:

• Landing page

• Overview

• At least one quickstart

• At least one tutorial

• At least one how-to

• At least one conceptual article

• SDK or API Reference

To ensure Quality make sure you have a Docs build validation link before requesting sign-off. This link is available as part of GitHub PR you submit for the content.

When to request sign-off

You should request sign-off couple weeks prior to the release. Do not request a sign-off too early, since the content itself might change or might not be ready. Do not request a sign-off too close to the release either.
