Move SLO KPI (ARM Fundamentals)

(APEX) Required by: GA

(What) KPI Description:

​The Move SLO KPI is designed to ensure that every service has a 99% or above success rate for all the move requests sent to the resource provider that supports the resource move API, which ensure that all top-level tracked resources support move between resource groups and between subscriptions.

(Why) Business Impact:

The ability to move resources across Resource Groups - in the same subscription or across different subscriptions under the same AAD tenant - is one of top user voice request from Azure Control Plane resources.

To improve the customer experience for Resource Move, ARM has introduced this KPI to ensure that we have 99% or above SLO for the resources that support resource move.

(Logic) KPI Calculation Logic:

If the given resource does not meet the 99% or above SLO, an action item is raised.

(How) GETTING TO GREEN (IN SLA):

Ensure 99% or above SLO for the resources taht support resource move.
