Create and sustain ongoing enhancements for ROSA's command line utility and Terraform provider, incorporating measurable improvements. 

Benefit Hypothesis:

We believe that undertaking these efforts will result in a more refined and efficient ROSA experience. The continuous improvements to the command line utility and Terraform provider, coupled with streamlined processes, will not only reduce interruptions but also empower developers. This, in turn, will enable us to deliver enhanced value to our users at an accelerated and sustainable pace.

Success Criteria

As part of this initiative, a specific goal is to integrate metrics into ROSA CLI CI. This integration will enable accurate tracking of statistics, including testing coverage. Consequently, we will be able to measure improvements in coverage and the confidence level we have in the CLI tooling on a quarterly basis.
Every goal will be subdivided into attainable targets for each quarter. The accomplishment of each goal will subsequently empower us to gauge and measure future successes.
