Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)  

Users can currently assign cluster roles for individual clusters to individual users. Based on the integration with the platform RBAC service, groups of users that customers create in the RBAC service are synced over in OCM. The focus of this feature is to allow customers to assign cluster roles for individual clusters to groups of users.

Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

Users should be able to assign roles to groups of users for specific clusters.

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

• Users should be able to see list of user groups to assign roles to for specific clusters
• Users should be able to assign the existing cluster roles to a group of users
• Only organization admins, cluster owners, or cluster editors should be able to assign roles for clusters
• Role assignment events should be recorded in the service log
