Occasionally you will get: "Error Loading OpenShift command line terminal: Could not retrieve $KUBECONFIG" when trying to open a terminal

      Occasionally when you open up a terminal you will get an error message saying: "Error Loading OpenShift command line terminal: Could not retrieve $KUBECONFIG". There doesn't really seem to be a clear way to reproduce this issue though
