DevWorkspace is created but not opened after previous devworkspace is removed

      There are two scenarios:

      1. Open OpenShift Console
      2. Open a terminal ( new devworkspace is created and started).
      3. Refresh a browser tab with OpenShift Console.
      4. Remove existing DevWorkspace via terminal (not web one).
      5. Try to open Web Terminal.

      Expected: new DevWorkspace is created and Web Terminal is opened.

      Actual: new Devworkspace is created on each click on "create" but no Web Terminal is opened.
