This issues is about moving from 1.0-x to 1.0.0-x containers versions.

Typically 1.0-x is used but 1.0.0-x gives a bit better understanding which minor version is upcoming and which containers candidates belong to which bug fix version, for example:

1.0.0-5 - 1.0.0 Release

...

1.0.1-4 - 1.0.1 Release

instead of 1.0-x 

1.0-5 - 1.0.0 Release

...

1.0-14 - 1.0.1 Release
