Web-Terminal launch fails with below error. The issue is intermittent.

ERROR: error loading openshift command line terminal: Failed to proxy request https://workspace6d4297a58da04c94-service.openshift-terminal.svc:4444/exec/init  local error: tls: bad record MAC" error 

While the web-terminal fails to start with above error, the pod comes up and the endpoints are updated and curl to svc is successful.
