In the Developer Sandbox cluster, starting a web terminal and running 

oc get pods

returns the following error:

error: error loading config file "/home/user/.kube/config": yaml: mapping values are not allowed in this context

I don't get the error however if I wait about 5-10 seconds after the terminal has opened.

I've experienced this bug on the m4 cluster.
