According to our conversation with the interop team, we found the next problem we tried to run WTO test:

• Test can be executed with a non-root user
• The image does not have oc client inside
  So, in this case, I need to modify the Docker file for the e2e image, use not root user, add oc client.
  And the main challenge make sure that it can work on OpenShift CI
