There is a customer request for Web Terminals to be created in a namespace that uses a specific label, e.g. devfile.io/wto-namespace.

Users could pre-create this namespace and apply the label, and this namespace would be selected by default in the UI when creating a web terminal. If a namespace with this label does not exist, a new namespace will be created using the label so that future web terminals will be created in the same namespace.
