Fix and improve WTO Pipline

      After the latest PR in general, the Piline works:
      https://main-jenkins-csb-crwqe.apps.ocp-c1.prod.psi.redhat.com/job/WTO/job/WTO-smee/job/wto-smee/
      But need to implement some fixes and improvements:

      • Need to rename the secret for better readability and test it: wto-registry-name -> wto-registry-user-name
      • Rename TestUtil@WTO-241 to TestUtil
      • Find instability in the WebTerminalUnderAdmin (need add a delay after redirect result help command into txt file)
      • Fix the wrong repo name in the Groovy DSL file
      • Fix the problem with storing test artifacts
