We have jobs that can run tests on a predefined cluster with WTO. But the stage that clones source code from a pull request and builds images from this code base was blocked. Because we figured out how building IIB should work and fix Make file in WTO project:

Some problems are still actual: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/WTO-269 (but we can try a workaround)
