Currently, if we want to test WebTerminal Operator (through OLM not controller directly) we need manually build index&bundle images from https://github.com/redhat-developer/web-terminal-operator

The images probably could not be built with brew for such testing purposes, so it might be github repo Action that builds needed images and push them to https://quay.io/organization/wto
