Now OpenShift Console checks if devfile.controller.io webhooks are present on the cluster to detect if WebTerminal Operator is installed.

But since we extract DevWorkspace Webhooks Server from WebTerminal Operator lifecycle, that logic is going to work wrongly.

It's needed to improve WebTerminal Operator detection in the way of adding for example Web Terminal Operator subscription.
