OpenShift provides download URLs for commandline utilities from within the cluster itself (e.g. oc, kubectl, kn if installed, etc.)

Downloading these binaries on terminal start would ensure the versions of installed tooling match the cluster itself, and would also potentially allow for a single release stream of the operator (rather than releasing per-OpenShift version).
