It seems that at some point, the memory requirements for oc and kubectl increased such that running oc apply can sometimes fail with a message that the task has been killed. This impacts the usage of wtoctl, which may fail to update the image or timeout for the current terminal.

As a workaround, it is possible to increase the memory limit for the tooling container by editing the web-terminal-tooling DevWorkspaceTemplate in the operator's install directory.
