Complete the Export Authorization Request Form requirement by adding the OCP operator to Section 7 (for new) OR 7a (for update) of the OCP EARF doc ( https://docs.google.com/document/d/1kvJ5qx-clVwgtX9n3zPqf7rPpfyliJ-PydoW4Bn3v54/edit#heading=h.nsmzloj1mud) and tag Alexandria Bryan in the doc (needs to be submitted for approval 2 weeks prior to Release day at the minimum)

Please note that you may skip this task if you have filled out the Operation Readiness form from Task "Complete Operations Readiness Form to request for Branding Approval, Export Compliance, SKU Mapping"
