1. PM and Eng to work with PXE to create slide for CEE Technical Enablement and decide on Tiers life cycle
2. PM and Eng to Provide to PXE re: how should RFEs and bugs be filed against the operator: The JIRA project and optional component is needed (e.g. OCPBUGS, component=My Awesome Operator)
