Fill out SP Onboarding Requirement Doc by making a copy of the doc for the operator (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Jp7975BEjBjk9YHq6epxrsawsjQLIbgs_FYNqnaQYps/edit#gid=1342639942) and send to Iuliia Driapachenko (SP Cloud's GPO). She will collect initial requirements from product team and identify a release engineering contact to support the onboarding.
