Why is this important? (mandatory)

Every new piece of the OpenShift API needs to be properly reviewed so we produce a high-quality API. Following https://github.com/openshift/enhancements/blob/master/dev-guide/api-conventions.md and other reasonable conventions.

Reviews under openshift/api and openshift/enhancements repositories.

Contributing Teams(and contacts) (mandatory) 

Reviews only. Done by Jan Chaloupka from the Workloads team.

Acceptance Criteria (optional)

Atm the reviews are optional. My team is helping with the reviews. Not performing final lgtm/approve.
