Use a volume for caching the base RHCOS live iso

      It could be useful to pre-extract the RHCOS live iso in a (possibly persistent) volume, so that the execution of the `add-nodes-image` command could use it directly, without spending additional time into extracting it everytime it's launched.
      This will mimick the current behavior for off-cluster execution, where the base RHCOS live iso is stored in a local caching directory
