As a user I'd like to boost my confidence and stop using DevPreview descheduler operator profile. I.e. Promote DevPreviewLongLifecycle to LongLifecycle.

The current https://github.com/openshift/cluster-kube-descheduler-operator/blob/master/bindata/assets/profiles/DevPreviewLongLifecycle.yaml profile has not change for a long time. There are currently no plans to extend the configured plugins/strategies. Yet, the plugin is already in use.
