“features.operators.openshift.io/disconnected” and “features.operators.openshift.io/fips-compliant” annotations have to be set to a string “true” in the product CSV. If the value is “false”, the test will pass with SUCCESS_WITH_WARNINGS. Please note, that the non-blocking SUCCESS_WITH_WARNINGS will turn into UNSTABLE in CY24Q3 blocking the product release.
