[Spike] Find and list projects that are running on a control plane nodes and need tolerations to the node-role.kubernetes.io/control-plane:NoExecute taint

      List projects here and then we can add a card for each project so people can do it in parallel and we can finish those independently (in a single sprint)

      We need to figure out missing projects, teams and how to add tolerations to those. Then divide tasks coming from this.
