As a oc-cli user,

I would like to have "retry" supported for "oc image mirror"

so that I do not rerun the cmd myself.

This is very useful when there are many pairs of images to mirror and one or two command failed for some unexpected causes reason.

I noticed

oc image mirror -h
...
    --continue-on-error=false:
    If an error occurs, keep going and attempt to mirror as much as possible. 

and it would be great if we support

oc image mirror -h
...
   --retry-on-error=0:     If an error occurs, the number to retries will be executed. Default value is 0.
