Complete the Export Authorization Request Form requirement by adding the OCP operator to Section 7a (for update) of the OCP EARF doc ( https://docs.google.com/document/d/1kvJ5qx-clVwgtX9n3zPqf7rPpfyliJ-PydoW4Bn3v54/edit#heading=h.nsmzloj1mud) and tag Alexandria Bryan in the doc (needs to be submitted for approval 2 weeks prior to Release day at the minimum)
