SP Pipeline Configuration (dist-git, brew, Errata, release)
1. HoneyBadgers MR will trigger JIRA task (you can look up for HBR link in Honeybadger GSpace)
2. Release Engineers are assigned to the JIRA Task (Cloud Workflow JIRA)
3. Once Honeybadger MR is done, it will trigger the PSCA MR to set up distribution task
