The RHR ruleset that check the versions of SpringBoot to ensure they fall within the ranges supported by Red Hat Runtimes is called springboot.rhamt.xml

There are so many rulessets that start with the springboot prefix that when you test changes to this ruleset in isolation numerous other tests fire as well.

If we update the rulesets, ids, etc. to springboot-rhr then it will make maintenance easier.
The nature of this ruleset means it requires regular maintenance.
