There are 2 sets of rules pertaining to the generation of technology tags

There should be a technology.windup.xml and a technology-usage.windup.xml 

The former creates technology tags (that appear on the Application List) and the latter ruleset queries the TechnologyTagModel and creates technology-identified tags that are categorized so they appear on the Technology Reports.

The latter ruleset runs in the PostMigrationRulesPhase

The web-technology-usage is an anomaly as it is a mixture of both.

It needs to be split into 2 sets of rules, so the tags appear on both reports.

Furthermore the JBoss EAP and JWS labels need to be updated to include WebSocket as a supported technology
