      The behaviour of Runtime.runFinalizersOnExit and System.runFinalizersOnExit will change in OpenJDK 8 with the release of 8u352 in October 2022.

      We should update the hint added by WINDUPRULE-797 to make it clear that these methods now cause an exception to be thrown even on 8u.
