The purpose of this Jira is to capture all of the MTA work required to support the upgrade of JWS / Tomcat applications to JWS 6 / Tomcat 10.
MTA already contains a collection of rules, with the jakarta-ee target, that cater for the javax to jakarta changes to dependencies, packages, schema namespaces, properties, and bootstrapping file names.
It may be that those rules are sufficient to support JWS 6, or we may need something more specific to only the packages provided by JWS 6 / Tomcat 10.
