Replace existing Technology Tag 'Spring MVC (embedded)' with 'Spring MVC' 

New rule to create Technology Tag called 'Spring MVC' using the following when criteria 

Project artifact groupId="org.springframework" artifactId="spring-webflux"

OR

Project  artifact groupId="org.springframework.boot" 

artifactId="spring-boot-starter-webflux”                 

OR 

Dependency groupId="org.springframework" artifactId="spring-webflux"/>

Test data can be copied from rules-reviewed/quarkus/springboot/tests/data/springboot-webmvc

Change rule in rules-reviewed/technology-usage/mvc-technology-usage.windup.xml

That searches for the 'Spring MVC (embedded)' to instead search for 'Spring MVC' 

The technology tag needs to be placed in View, MVC, Embedded
