Replace existing Technology Tag 'Spring Security (embedded)' with 'Spring Security' 

New rule to create Technology Tag called 'Spring Security' using the following when criteria 

dependency groupId="org.springframework.security" artifactId="spring-security-core"

OR

project artifact groupId="org.springframework.security" artifactId="spring-security-core"

OR

project artifact groupId="org.springframework.boot" artifactId="spring-boot-starter-security"

Test data can be copied from rules-reviewed/quarkus/springboot/tests/data/springboot-security

Change rule in rules-reviewed/technology-usage/security-technology-usage.windup.xml

That searches for the new 'Spring Security (embedded)' to instead search for 'Spring Security'
