Update existing rule in rules-reviewed/technology-usage/integration to replace the Technology Tag 'Spring Integration (embedded)' with 'Spring Integration' 

Create 2 new rules in that ruleset that uses the same when criteria as the rules within rules-reviewed/quarkus/springboot/springboot-integration-to-quarkus.windup.xml  

Test data can be copied from rules-reviewed/quarkus/springboot/tests/data/springboot-integration

Update the integration-technology-usage rule that searches for 'Spring Integration (embedded) to instead search for Spring Integration'
