The two rulesets that we have for the openjdk:8 to openjdk:11 migration path

windup-rulesets/rules-reviewed/openjdk11/openjdk8

Both have the incorrect versionRange setting in the sourceTechnology tag.

It should be a maven range that specifies <= version 8
"(,8]"

Instead it is erroneously set to "[8,)"
