      There are a number of rules within the ruleset that are using the <project> tag to identify a maven dependency and have a quick-fix to replace both the group and artifact.
      Unfortunately only a single quick-fix can be linked to a dependency identified via the <project> tag.
      Rules 00002 through 00009 are affected.
      The solution is to have separate rules for the groups and artifacts.
