Rule is giving too many false positives on rule : xml-moved-components-groovy-00000

Rule xml-moved-components-groovy-00000 has a WHEN over POMs , all of them that include camel.
Then in the perform what does basically is to find the components affected but adds a Hint for all the ocurrences on the WHEN so we have results like these :

so the hint should be only if components has more than 0 elements
