Description
This Epic encompasses all of the work necessary to develop Rulesets to migrate to Camel 3.
This includes migrating from Camel 3 and from Camel 2, as well as the rules required to migrate to the latest version of Camel.
RHAMT rulesets are structured into folders Target/Source
So in this case we need Camel3 as a parent folder with the following sub-folders

Camel3.0
Camel3.1
Came3.2
