VSCode - Quickfix fails to apply and show the issue when there are multiple quickfix

      1) In Input given
      https://github.com/windup/windup-rulesets/blob/master/rules-reviewed/eap7/weblogic/tests/data-webapp
      2) Run analysis for target eap7.
      3) Select SampleWebLogicServlet.java - It shows two quickfixes to be applied .
      4) Out of only Webservlet one can be applied
      5) The other one 'Mapping attribute' does not highlight anything and does not change anything.

      When there are multiple quickfixes to be applied in vscode only one works while the other does not show the problem .See attached screenshot.
