WINDUPRULE-425 AWS rules are triggered for all poms in CIA2

      While running Windup 4.3.1 Camel rules on CIA2 source code, I've noticed camel-aws rules are triggered for almost every pom assigning it 190+ story points.

      There is only one occurrence of AWS in the source code hence there should only be one story point. Removing the code removes all 190+ story points.
