Note the example rule reference above should have the EAP Target set to
<targetTechnology id="eap" versionRange="[7,8)" />

5.3 migration notes: "Existing applications migrating to 5.3 and using the `@TableGenerator` have to set the `hibernate.id.generator.stored_last_used` configuration property to `false`."

Windup rule:

When: a reference to "@TableGenerator" (or javax.persistence.TableGenerator) is found
Perform: set property, hibernate.id.generator.stored_last_used=false
