Alternatives for testing rules which include library detection

With the technology reports the testing approach for rules won't really scale since we package a war which includes all the libraries.

We need another approach - similar to defining a mock maybe. Else we end up bundling gazillions of libraries. For proprietary ones this might not even be possible.
